Now how would you configure it to help people around the world to understand that their ideas in a time sense are not behind one bit. That they are just in stride if for example they have an idea that is per se, "already out". <br/><br/>An idea Discovered in say, 2002, that they - on a world wide level, (assuming we divide the population number by a factor such as the number of days or years in relevant history) are in fact ahead in some sense if they happen to be in a "time zone" with an education delay syndrome where lack of knowledge rained in. <br/><br/>This I would love, yet would like ideas.
