Absolutely right! In 15 years of obituary studies it has become clear that the best thing to do is to test IQ of pre-pubescent children and sterilize all under 105 IQ. For Catholics, Moslems, Mormons, and all kinds of government workers this would increase to 130IQ. Permits required and no tax write-offs for more than one, stop all immigration and kick out all illegals and anti-nationalists for the country involved. Naturally, no genetic diseases or othe conditions that would affect a child’s health. Punishment for violations should be total elimination of the family from the gene pool by execution and composting for soil replenishment. The problem is that even if this could be implemented, it is already too late to prevent dieoff from eco-collapse. The Immigration Quota Act of 1924 should never have been changed, nor the policy of sterilizing the retarded and other defectives that was done in the 1920s and 30s. Thanks to Ted Kennedy and LBJ and traitors who allowed invasion and miss-interpretation of the 14th Amendment, the USA has dumbed down to less than the minimum average required for journey level tradesmen in 10 years of work. Kids are taught much less science, math, and shop courses that would help them get starter jobs. Rampant lawbreaking has been allowed so illegals take the jobs Americans need and are purposely over-breeding as an easy method of conquest. Yet they do kill 28 Americans daily with murders, vehicular homicides, and introduced diseases. Supported feloniously by 2/3 of the immigrants of the past 40 years–they should all pay the fines owed and be kicked out. Mexico has Abrogateed its Treaty with the USA for years and we should reciprocate with a declaration of War against them. This time, no more Mr. Nice guy, and no prisoners.
