Yes! Form a committee immediately! Arrange to have this man neutered. This committee should obviously consist of educated white people, who are capable of determining the best course of action for the lives of others. Mostly the committee should be men, but a few women would be allowable. White women who have studied important ideas relating to sociology, genetics, and of course have a working knowledge of eugenics. This committee should have the proper authorization from the state, because as every educated person knows, it is only the state that can determine morals, values, and priorities, or the lack of any of those. Hopefully the committee would not run into any problems of questioning their own efficacy, and end up wondering what would happen if a committee full of people like the gentleman in question were to judge their own reproductive capabilities. The idea of “use it or lose it” might be brought up, and then the committee would have a dilemma, would it not? And this is even aside from the dilemma of using one culture to judge another culture, and a minority culture at that. What to do?
